Privacy, Security and Policies  We use a database software package called ChurchTeams. Through this software you can do things such as update your contact information, register for an event, view church directory, find and manage your groups, and make an online donation.

Privacy & Passwords
Your information is held securely by the ChurchTeams system at all times. This information will remain private and will never be given away to third parties by ChurchTeams or Vineyard Church of Anaheim.

When you create your account, you will determine your own password. If you forget your password, you can have the system email it to you by entering the email address that you used when you created your account. We cannot look up your password for you. You must use the system's "forgot password" process (found on the login screen) to reset your password. Please help us keep your information safe by protecting your login information. Access to sensitive personal and financial information can be gained by letting someone else use your account or by leaving the information for someone else to see. Vineyard Anaheim nor ChurchTeams will never contact you in any way to ask for your login information.

 
Security
The ChurchTeams system allows us to provide you access to several different areas of your personal information. ChurchTeams provides all of the security for the system. This system is used by churches throughout the country and has been fully tested by them.

ChurchTeams uses the latest data encryption technology. 

 
Processing
Using online giving, contributions are processed at the time you select when setting up the contribution. You will receive an email confirmation when the contribution is processed.

Using registrations, payments are processed immediately after registration. You will be emailed with a confirmation of your registration and payment.

 
Refunds
If you need a refund for an online registration payment, please contact us at (714-777-4777). Certain restrictions apply depending on the event and the published restrictions.

Using online giving, you can schedule new contributions at any time and can modify or cancel those contributions at any time prior to the date they are scheduled. You do this online and do not need to contact the church office to change a scheduled online payment before it is processed. Once the contribution has been processed, however, it cannot be cancelled.
